The 2018 vintage cuvée consists mainly of Lemberger, Pinot Noir and Syrah. It enchants with a scent of wild berries, figs and plums. Strong red wine in an international style. After 12 months of aging in large and small oak barrels, the taste is complex, dense and encased in ripe tannins.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Mainly Lemberger, Pinot Noir and Syrah from different, selected locations of the winery from Maulbronn to Untertürkheim form a taste unit.

The wine matured in large and small oak barrels for a year and was then allowed to stay in the bottles for a longer period of time. It smells of wild berries, herbs and a little pepper. Fine, well-ripened tannins can be felt on the tongue, in combination with a fiery note and a lot of complexity. It has very good storage potential.

FOOD RECOMMENDATION

Particularly recommended with strong, spicy dishes such as grilled lamb and cheese.
