Elegant white wine cuvée with a wonderful interplay of aromas of quince, rose and apple. Responsible for this are the Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Muscaris grape varieties. An excellent combination. In addition to the aromas of nuts and almonds, a wine with a lot of drinking flow can be recognized.

DESCRIPTION

The Riesling provides a lively, stimulating acid interplay, the Pinot Blanc is responsible for flavor and fullness of taste. The hopeful cultivation of Muscaris (Solaris x Gelber Muskateller) contributes to the seductive aroma with exotic fruits, curry, green apple and quince. The overall elegant, tender-nerved wine is a lot of fun.

RECOMMENDED FOOD
Goes well with creamy soups, fried fish in a creamy sauce, with shrimp, scampi, a vegetable terrine, pasta dishes and fried veal. Also a good partner with asparagus and cheese.
