The Cuvée Majesté comes from a plot of 1.5 hectares of vines and benefit from a clay-limestone south-facing hillside. Average vine age is 35 years old, with a density of 5,000 vines/ha. 100% Cahors Malbec.

After a harvest in green, the vine is manually stripped and the berries are selected on a sorting table. A cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out for 3-4 days, then alcoholic fermentation begins and a long maceration of more than 30 days in a lightning of 50 hectoliters. This wine was aged in new barrels for 24 months. A potential for keeping up to 15 years.
