The Rosé Prince Malbec is an exceptional vintage from the grape range of His Royal Highness Prince Henrik of Denmark.

This wine comes from the first terraces of the Lot.From the clarified juice, the wine is fermented at a low temperature.

Vinification

After using the skin contact method, the juice thus obtained undergoes

fermentation at low temperature.

Tasting Notes

This rosé has a strong bright pink colour. Its linden blossom notes are followed by lychee and grapefruit. This rosé is ample and expressive on the palate and attains a successful equilibrium between the fruit and acidity.

Serving Suggestions

Serve at 10-12°C. Perfect with cold starters, delicatessen meats, salad, grilled fish and Mediterranean style dishes. Ready for drinking or to be drunk within the year.
