LOCATION
The grapes grew on the southern slopes of Wachtkopf and Steinbachhof near Gündelbach in an idyllic landscape. Distinctive white wines with a profile are typical of this origin.

DESCRIPTION
The Sauvignon Blanc variety was already popular in Württemberg in the 19th century under the name Muskat-Sylvaner, then it was forgotten and is celebrating a comeback for a few years. In the aroma you can see a fine hint of paprika, exotic fruit notes and a gentle mineral. In the taste, a delicate interplay of fruit and a delicate acidity form a good partnership.

FOOD RECOMMENDATION

Goes well with artichokes, aubergines, a summery gazpacho, vitello tonnato, scallops, tripe and kidney, sour liver, onion tart.
